The RISE [Reduced Interest Schedule for Excellence] loan is a standard loan with progressive features for Excluded Entrepreneurs----with a key focus on younger tenured businesses----who represent excellence in monthly on-time payments.
1. Reduced Interest Rates: Borrowers receive a reduction in their interest rate for the next year[s] of their loan if make on-time monthly payments their preceding year[s]
2. General Eligibility: For qualified Excluded Entrepreneurs of Color business owners in the Grand Rapids Area and Kalamazoo, Lansing and other areas at RPC's determination throughout Michigan.

RPC was founded by two leaders experienced in racial equity and inclusion who are committed to helping those excluded from traditional financing and lending.
